The First NFL TUESDAY Night Football game EVER!?!?

Did I actually say that? Well who would have thought that this day would ever come? Now one may not have thought originally that this is so strange, but how this Tuesday night prime time game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Minnesota Vikings came to be is another story all it's own. Now I am a fairly recent football fanatic, however, I feel like I have pretty good knowledge of the game, and as far as I know, snow is what makes football games more majestic and tough, though now the NFL feels that they have to 'protect' everyone, players and fans alike, from the natural elements.... What??? Um I am a fan, and if there is a snow storm I have enough sense to go to the game or not to go depending on my better judgement, but now we have the NFL telling the fans basically that our judgement is useless and they will make the decisions for us??? This is absolutely absurd to me. What about you? Do you feel that the NFL is turning way too soft??? Tell me what you think.

All I want for Christmas is YOU!!!...

Today's Look: First Day of Winter...

Which honestly means nothing to us in the Midwest considering it has felt like winter for a couple of weeks, although now that it is "officially" winter, for some reason it's been a fairly decent 30-35 degrees the past few days here in Chicago (and yes 35 is nice to us Chicagoans=-), so I figured why not get another wear out of my favorite leather jacket before the temp drop. Unfortunately due to the delightful weather today the freshly fallen snow from last night is now a wonderful shade of grayish black slush (as seen below), so I'll have better boot shots once I weather treat them!! =-)

I hope you are as inspired by the snow as I am, and if you have the privilege to play in the snow what the hell are you waiting for?!?! GO throw some snow balls and have a blast, I sure will! Peace.

I Stumbled Upon....

ART!!!! Whilst out and about last week downtown, I came across an art gallery in a store at 205 South State street and wandered inside to see what was going on (especially since it is free) and I found some awesome artwork!! I then learned that this exhibit is a part of the "Pop-Up Art Loop" with the Chicago Loop Alliance, and there are many more all over downtown and they just pop-up in random stores that are currently unoccupied. The name of this exhibit is called " Love Flows Both Ways: street culture x contemporary art" and it is definitely worth a visit if you are in Chicago for the holidays since it is still running. Click here and check out all the exhibits they have going on currently, as there are quite a few. Just so you know the exhibits are all free to the public and open Monday thru Saturday 11:30am-5:30pm, which makes it that much more of a reason to go, soooo what are you waiting for?!?!?! Go! Explore! Enjoy!
